A user reported screen doesn't rotate on Tablet (using PWA)

A user reported she downloaded the app (as the PWA) on a Samsung table and the app doesn’t rotate to landscape view. It’s working on all of her colleagues tablets and she said the table is on the newest OS already, and auto-rotation is toggled on.

Any idea how to help her?
