Chat History offered but not available.

Under the ☰ button, I see the enticing option Chat History on Widget and Standalone views.

I can never get it to save/show history in widget mode by chatting, triggering a new chat, and opening the history. Sometimes this process works in widget mode, but mostly it doesn’t.

    We have never enabled User Signup on any of our bots, but all of them have an empty chat history and the option in the widget/standalone. I did manage to get it to remember a chat once on standalone. If chat history should unavailable without user signup (as I suspected), that’s fine, but please hide the user-facing menu option in the interface. If the option should be hidden but is not, that’s a regression. Maybe this is a further symptom of the FeatureFlags access error we found earlier.

    Hi @Matthew Lee! Chat History will only appear if User Signup is enabled. Is that the case here?
