Conversation Message Limit

We have a high message per user/conversation. As this is a free service (chatbot) we want to have the ability to ‘limit’ conversations that go over a determined amount. To have a configurable message that says something like “You have reached the message limit for the day, come back tomorrow”.

This limit can be a cost or message counter, so don’t go above $10 per conversation or more than 30 messages. I like the cost option.

The reason is that we recently had a user have a $50 conversation in one session.
