Document retrieval issue

When using a basic HR assistant, my Chipp chat always has to try at least twice to retrieve basic information (only one knowledge source) and then apologizes for the technical difficulty.

Anyone else having this issue?

    That shouldn't happen. Which model are you using? And the first time when it throws an error, does it say anything or just says it can't access it?

      Currently trying Haiku 3.5 for speed, also tried Gemini Flash and Sonnet.

      it’s weird because even the first time it tries it says completed.
