Frequent Logout from Chipp

Since yesterday, I am experiencing frequent logouts from Chipp which is quite annoying because I have to check the app multiple times a day to enroll new users in a onboarding email sequence (until there is a way to do this programmatically —>

    Thanks! We had to add that for security certificate but let me extend the time.

      I see, I understand that. It would be convenient if you could extend it to the maximum that is permitted by your security protocol. :)
