Refresh of knowledge source
One of our knowledge sources is a google sheet from the chats of another faithbot. By default, it is set to “Don’t Refetch.” I can change it to refetch daily or weekly.
When I close it out and open it back up again, it is not saved and says - Don’t refetch.
How can I make it where it actually saves this setting? As it is, my data hasn’t been refetched in 31 days.

@Don Barger @Hunter Hodnett I hope this helps. The dropdowns to refresh Sources inside the app > View Sources have never worked in the last year (the setting doesn’t save, ever). However, if you go to team>Sources
https://app.chipp.ai/settings/sources , you can set refresh timing and it (usually) sticks and works. The downsides are that it doesn’t show a column for which agent has the source, and the popup-window is <25% of your screen with no maximize for no good reason. If you use Claude or Codex, the MCP makes automating this setting somewhat easier.

This is still broken. It’s not limited to google sheets. I am unable to select refresh for any of my knowledge sources.
